Creative Director + AI-certified project management (PMP) strategist
turning ambitious ideas into structured outcomes across physical and digital spaces
About Tala
Tala is a multidisciplinary designer, project manager (PMP certified, with a certificate in Project Management with AI), architect (BArch), and product-minded strategist based in Berlin, with 15+ years of experience spanning tech, design, and architecture. As a creative project manager, she leads complex, cross-functional teams end to end, from concept through delivery, for clients including BCG, Swatch, and Centre Pompidou, bringing structure and accountability to ambitious creative work, and using AI to responsibly sharpen efficiency and decision-making along the way. As a designer, her focus increasingly lives in digital products and interfaces, shaping UX/UI, virtual platforms, and tools with the same rigor she applies to spatial and immersive environments.
Her background spans architecture, spatial and immersive design, and digital fabrication, shaped by roles at Hariri Pontarini Architects, BDP Quadrangle, Moss & Lam, and Kunstmatrix Technologies, with early exposure to experimental design through visiting school programs at the Architectural Association in London. This range gives her a rare fluency in moving between physical and digital space, applying the same discipline to a 3D exhibition as to a product roadmap or interface. She's also collaborated on fabrication work with fashion designer Iris van Herpen and architect Philip Beesley for Paris Fashion Week, bringing computational design and material innovation into a creative practice. She's an early adopter of AI-augmented workflows, using them to sharpen human judgment and accountability at the center of the process.
Beyond client work, Tala is the founder of Juthouri, an artist-led project rooted in cultural collective making, and serves as Berlin ambassador for Afikra, a global platform for culture and storytelling.
