Tala Fasheh is a Project and Design Manager (PMP®), and product-minded strategist based in Berlin. PMP-certified and holding a certificate in Project Management with AI, she is trusted to lead complex, cross-functional teams end to end, from concept through delivery. Clients have included BCG, Swatch, and Centre Pompidou. Structure and accountability are brought to ambitious creative work, and AI is used responsibly to sharpen efficiency and decision-making. As an early adopter of AI-augmented workflows, human judgment and accountability are kept at the center of the process.

Trained as an architect (BArch), Tala brings 15+ years of experience spanning tech, design, and architecture, including spatial and immersive design, digital fabrication, and UX/UI. Her design focus increasingly lives in digital products and interfaces, where UX/UI, virtual platforms, and tools are shaped with the same rigor applied to spatial and immersive environments. This range allows a rare fluency in moving between physical and digital space: the same discipline is applied to a 3D exhibition as to a product roadmap or interface.

Career roles have included Hariri Pontarini Architects, BDP Quadrangle, Moss & Lam, and Kunstmatrix Technologies. Early exposure to experimental design came through visiting school programs at the Architectural Association in London. Fabrication work for Paris Fashion Week was collaboratively delivered with fashion designer Iris van Herpen and architect Philip Beesley, bringing computational design and material innovation into a creative practice.

Beyond client work, Tala is the founder of Juthouri, an artist-led project rooted in cultural collective making, and Berlin Ambassador for Afikra, a global platform for culture and storytelling.
